Keiki Urgent Care is Hawai’i’s only urgent care dedicated to caring for pediatric patients.

Our Providers
Keiki Urgent Care is staffed by fully licensed, experienced pediatricians who are compassionate, highly skilled, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care to Hawaiʻi’s keiki. Through our extensive experience caring for pediatric patients—as well as our own children—we understand the urgency and importance of providing timely, thoughtful care when a child is sick.

Keiki Urgent Care is conveniently located in the Kahala Office Building beside Kahala Mall.

- ImagingX-ray, CT scan, MRI, etc.
Imaging & Labs
- We DO NOT have imaging (x-ray, CT scan, MRI) capability.
- Lab testing is limited to point-of-care testing labs (urine dipsticks, rapid strep testing, COVID, flu, RSV, glucose).
- If you feel that your child requires imaging or more extensive laboratory testing, please present to KMCWC ER.

- If you have any questions about the plans we accept, please call our office. If your insurance coverage has not been verified at the time of check-in, an out-of-pocket fee will be collected. This fee will be reimbursed once your insurance coverage is confirmed.

Your Responsibilities
- To know the limits and coverage of your health insurance policy.
- To pay any copayments or deductibles at the time of service.
- To show your child’s current insurance card and your photo ID at each visit.
- To provide current address, phone numbers, and insurance information to our office.
Patient Forms
If your insurance coverage has not been verified at the time of check-in, an out-of-pocket fee will be collected. This fee will be reimbursed once your insurance coverage is confirmed.
